Terms & Conditions — cika4

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the cika4 website accessible at https://cika4.cam, including all associated services, tools, features, and content.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the cika4 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual, non-transferable member account created upon successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's Account, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits, free bets, free spins, or promotional balances issued to a Member under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" / "Stake" refers to any real-money amount placed by a Member on any sports betting market, casino game, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity and address verification process required of all Members prior to withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the Platform is not permitted under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Intellectual Property" refers to all trademarks, logos, software, design elements, written content, odds data, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to cika4.

To be eligible to open and maintain a cika4 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are an individual (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) who is at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services from your location.
3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee or contractor of cika4 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or service providers.
6. You do not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening duplicate accounts is grounds for immediate suspension.
7. You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the cika4 Platform.

cika4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending review.

To register a cika4 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. If cika4 detects that a Member holds multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — all associated accounts may be suspended and any outstanding balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cika4 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transaction resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials. You must notify cika4 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

cika4 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons and without liability to the applicant.

All Members are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during the Account lifecycle at cika4's discretion, including in response to unusual transaction patterns or regulatory requirements.

The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph of both the front and back of your KTP Nasional (Indonesian National Identity Card). For non-Indonesian residents, a valid passport is acceptable.
• Proof of address: A bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note bearing your cika4 username and the current date.

cika4 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion, including proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bank account or e-wallet). cika4 processes KYC submissions within 1–24 hours during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). VIP tier members benefit from expedited review, typically completed within one hour.

Where KYC verification cannot be completed to cika4's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawal access, suspend the Account, or return deposited funds to the originating payment method, less any applicable processing charges.

All Account Balances on cika4 are held and transacted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). cika4 does not maintain balances in foreign currencies. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier transaction limits may apply subject to payment provider rules.

cika4 supports the following deposit methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

cika4 does not charge any platform-side transaction fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside cika4's control and are the Member's sole responsibility. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 60 seconds of a successful transfer.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or commercial payment facilitators — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been successfully completed. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.

Standard withdrawal processing times by Member tier are as follows:

• Bronze / Silver tier: Processed within 1–4 hours of request submission during business hours (WIB).
• Gold tier: Processed within 30 minutes of request submission, 24 hours a day.
• Platinum / Diamond / Black Diamond tier: Processed within 15 minutes on a priority basis, 24 hours a day.

cika4 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose its own inbound transfer charges, which are beyond cika4's control.

cika4 reserves the right to impose a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for security review, particularly where a transaction pattern is inconsistent with normal Member activity, or where a large withdrawal is requested within 24 hours of a significant deposit. Such holds will not exceed 48 hours in standard cases; Members will be notified by email if a hold is applied.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted until the stated wagering requirements for the applicable promotion have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are satisfied may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

cika4 offers promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian holidays (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August) and football seasons (BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. New-member bonuses are available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
2. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total bet volume that must be accumulated before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, sports bets contribute 100%, slot games contribute 100%, and live casino table games contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10–20%). Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
4. cika4 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that Members who have already activated a bonus will be permitted to complete its wagering requirement under the original terms unless fraud or abuse is detected.
5. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of bonus funds across multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.
6. Bonuses have an expiry period (typically 30 days from activation) after which any unused bonus balance and unmet wagering progress will be removed from the Account.

All bets placed on cika4 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product type selected. A summary of core rules is provided below; full product-specific rules are accessible within the Platform.

Sports Betting: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Member tier. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out option is offered and explicitly exercised by the Member. In the event of an event cancellation, match abandonment, or force majeure, cika4 will settle affected bets in accordance with its standard void rules, which generally result in stakes being returned.

Live (In-Play) Betting: In-play odds update in real time. cika4 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time. Any bet placed on a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned. cika4 is not liable for connectivity issues, data latency, or platform access problems that affect a Member's ability to place or monitor in-play bets.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) and are audited for fairness. Published RTP figures represent long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game malfunctions void all associated bets and stakes are returned.

Palpable Errors: Where cika4 publishes an obviously incorrect price (for example, decimal odds significantly outside the market norm due to a data entry or feed error), cika4 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at that incorrect price and return stakes, regardless of whether the event has settled.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the cika4 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account.
• Using the Account of another individual or permitting another individual to use your Account.
• Depositing funds that originate from illegal activity, money laundering, or proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, match fixing, or any strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• Colluding with other Members, agents, or third parties to manipulate bet outcomes or defraud the Platform.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, interfere with its code or infrastructure, or conduct any form of cyber attack.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cika4 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

cika4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Member's Balance will be held securely and will be released, returned, or forfeited subject to the outcome of the investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, cika4 may withhold the entire Balance and pursue recovery of losses through legal channels.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting cika4 support. Self-exclusion requests, where submitted, result in permanent Account closure for the duration of the exclusion period and cannot be reversed during that period. See Section 14 (Responsible Gaming) for further details.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cika4 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from gambling outcomes, whether foreseeable or not, and whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

cika4's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cika4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. cika4 will not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, whether planned or unplanned.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude cika4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All content on the cika4 Platform — including but not limited to the cika4 brand name and logo, software, website design, user interface elements, odds data, written content, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cika4 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of cika4 Intellectual Property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal legal proceedings.

cika4 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. cika4 does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption. cika4 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

cika4 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all Members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your Account settings. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. An alert will be displayed when your session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive on-screen reminders at regular intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) displaying your session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (24-hour minimum) or permanent self-exclusion at any time through the Account panel or by contacting support. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators. cika4 operates under an international gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with cika4 support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body as designated by cika4's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause shall limit cika4's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property or prevent fraudulent activity.

cika4 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that affect Member rights regarding withdrawals, bonus terms, or eligibility — cika4 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered Members and a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the cika4 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions came into effect. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting cika4 support.
